Jordan grew up dancing and playing various sports, but really found her love for fitness after getting into the gym in a low spot in her life. Lifting weights helped her find her drive and passion. Fitness had such a big impact on her life she decided she wanted to turn her passion into a career and help people who want to be the best versions of themselves.
Jordan is open to training anyone who wants to feel and move better but has an interest in working with pre/post-natal women.
