History:

Caroline has always wanted to help people, though was never sure in what capacity. Growing up as an athlete guided the decision towards health and wellness. A fateful lunch at Olive Garden decided it to be personal training. Upon graduating from NAIT and working for a few years, she discovered her particular interests in the older adult population and chronic disease. Having a meaningful impact on preventative healthcare for our growing older adult population is a mission near and dear to her heart. In the end, she believes all that matters is living the best life we can with our loved ones, happily and healthily, as long as we can.

Trainee Type:

Caroline enjoys working with anyone from the general population, the older adult population, anyone with either chronic illness or things considered an impairment, and beginners. Building confidence is the best experience and she’d be happy to help anyone

Training Philosophy:

Having an honest relationship with not only your trainer, but yourself, is key to discovering what works best for you. Caroline believes in looking at the bigger picture and being real with what’s important in your life and working towards those goals together. Sometimes, it’s just about showing up. She’s here to help celebrate your wins, big or small. Seeing the light in people’s eyes after they’ve built new confidence is what motivates Caroline as a trainer.

Favourite Exercise:

Keeping in tune with honesty, it’s gotta be the deadlift. Picking up something heavy and putting it back down, in the end, still makes a girl happy in the heart. It’s the simple pleasures in life.
