Kettlebell Snatch: I admire exercises that require the execution of a particular set of skills, which you implement all at the same time. Creating a result that appears effortless and fluid. The more you commit, the more effortless something can become.

HISTORY

I love being active and have experienced my fair share of limitations, along with the process it takes to recover from injuries.

After feeling a significant sense of helplessness, from experiencing debilitating joint pain with intermittent loss of function… I chose to do the research and became a Personal Trainer. Educating myself on how I could optimize the function of my body and focus on the things that were within my control to make my circumstances better!

When I chose to explore the capabilities of my body, I discovered the amount of opportunity I had to work with and how to navigate my way to better circumstances!

Within my own learning process, I gained knowledge that there are more factors within your control than you think there are.
