Jenna has excelled in various competitive sports since high school, but competed at her highest levels in swimming and ringette. She played in the National Ringette league for 7 years as well as multiple years on Team Canada and Team Alberta. After being coached by multiple trainers while playing ringette, Jenna found a true passion for athletic performance, weight training, conditioning and the entire gym atmosphere. Jenna has ran multiple half marathons, and enjoys challenging herself to continually improve her times. She has a strong passion for staying current in the fitness industry and is always eager to explore new types of training.
Jenna enjoys training individuals of all athletic abilities whether they are new to fitness, training for a sport, or just striving to live a healthier life. She is constantly inspired watching clients achieve their goals and become healthier, stronger and more confident individuals.
Jenna believes that every exercise and movement should have a purpose. She places strong emphasis on form and technique when training clients. The better your form, the better your results.
Jenna’s favourite exercise is a sled push or pull. It is a very versatile full body exercise that can be used for both strength and conditioning. It will get that heart pumping and those muscle burning with just a few rounds!
