Growing up Jordan not only loved to play basketball but also enjoyed helping his family and friends achieve their fitness goals. The rewarding feeling of their accomplishments led Jordan to peruse his degree in Kinesiology. As a result of Jordan’s strong work ethic combined with a genuine passion for healing in the form of training his career has been driven to a unique path in kinesiology having experience working in the health care sector. He currently serves as a community leader working as a director and board member to advance and promote the profession of kinesiology on a national and provincial level.

Training Philosophy:

Jordan’s two philosophies on training has always been about being client-centred and improving movement mechanics. He truly believes if you move better, you will feel better and if you feel better you’ll perform better with life’s day to day activities and sports.

Favourite Exercise:

Jordan’s favourite exercise is the goblet squat. It’s a safe and effective way to perform the squat movement as the anterior load not only provides resistance during the exercise but helps corrects form while providing core and shoulder stability.
