Individual attention with group motivation.
Our classes have maximum 12 people per class so you receive individual attention with group motivation while under the direction of a personal trainer (not a group fitness instructor).
Classes are creative and varied, and closely monitored by the trainer to ensure you are progressing. You’ll enjoy the shared energy of being challenged and having fun with other like-minded individuals, and also the cost savings of working out with a group.
Our classes include:
- Metabolic Conditioning
- Pre-registered Progressive Goal Focused Training (i.e. Strength, Power, Conditioning)*
- Obstacle Course Training (Tough Mudder, Spartan, Femsport, Mud Hero)
*Depending on the goal of the class, we will offer pre-registered and/or drop in, 6-12 week programs that focus on specific aspects of your fitness including strength, endurance, speed, agility, and more. Each class is designed to give you measurable results and will take you through a phase of training so that you can quickly and effectively reach your fitness goals.
